Hello everyone, thank you for all your well wishes. I wanted to give an update. So the lump i found is a hydrocele. Basically a fluid filled sac on my testicle. Have been on antibiotics for the better part of a month. Ended up going into the hospital for a week. No surgery was needed but an infection occurred. Needless to say Iwas not happy.
